Family
Jeremy married his college sweetheart in 1997. He and Tara now have four wonderful children; Angela ’99, Nathan ’00, Matthew ’02, and Alyssa ’07.
Education
Jeremy graduated with honors in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cedarville University.
Jeremy has continued his education in a MBA program from the University of Northern Iowa
Birthplace
Jeremy was born at Blessing here in Quincy. The Farlow’s were one of the founding families of Camp Point, IL in 1855. There are still many Farlow’s in the area. Jeremy considers it a great privilege to live near so much of his family.
Community
- Jeremy has the privilege of serving on the board for Rotary as a member since 2006. On the track to be President 2013-2014.
- Jeremy has the privilege of serving on the board for the Quincy Chamber of Commerce.
- Jeremy enjoys watching his kids participate in sports including volleyball, basketball, soccer, basebeall…etc.
Experience
Jeremy has been investing in real estate since purchasing his first house in 1997. Since then he has purchased and sold more than 30-35 residential and/or commercial properties.

Jeremy’s first full year actively seeking listings and buyers was 2008. Thanks to the confidence and support of many wonderful people in Quincy Jeremy continues to help more people each year even in a down market. Consistently finishing with the top Realtors each year.
Interesting Facts
- Traveled to China six times in 18 months launching products for Evenflo
- Milked cows 3 hours/day in high school (also helped vaccinate pigs)
- Traveled on a singing team in college (funny hair do then too)
- Had ponies as a kid (hillarious to see town kids try to ride)
- Development work on the F117A Stealth Fighter for a Summer job in college
- Stood in line all night in the rain to interview for The Apprentice (the interview lasted about 2 min)
